Mijn kinderen zijn intussen volwassen en al enkele jaren het huis uit. Van kinds af aan was ik altijd al bezig met honden totdat ik besloot om me hier ook meer professioneel in te gaan verdiepen. Van 2005-2007 volgde ik dan ook de opleidingen voor Kynologisch instructeur en kynologisch gedragstherapeut bij Aeres Training Centre in Barneveld. Hierop ontstond mijn eigen bedrijfje, Hondenservice \u2018Flash\u2019, die ik van 2006 tot 2022 heb gehad. In de jaren daartussen volgde ik nog veel andere opleidingen en workshops op het gebied van honden, waaronder o.a. Balans&amp;Co\u00f6rdinatie, Kynologisch Masseur, Detectie instructeur, Treibbal instructeur, Hoopers instructeur, TTouch en nog veel meer. Je bent tenslotte nooit uitgeleerd!<\/p>\n<p>In mijn dagelijkse werk ben ik verpleegkundige bij Buurtzorg Nederland. Ook heb ik 4 jaar fulltime voor Hulphond Nederland gewerkt waar ik de praktische indicaties deed bij nieuwe aanvragen en cli\u00ebnten begeleidde die een hulphond hadden of kregen. Geweldig om te zien hoe een combinatie kan groeien in hun samenwerking. Ik vind het belangrijk om altijd te kijken naar de combinatie die ik voor me heb. Iedere hond, persoon en combinatie is tenslotte weer anders. En het is de kers op de taart als je zowel bij de cli\u00ebnt als bij de hond de kwartjes ziet vallen en ze samen een echt team worden. Iets wat ik ook in al die jaren terug zag in mijn hondenschool en gedragstherapie. En aangezien het bloed kruipt waar het niet gaan heeft mijn eigen bedrijf in 2025 een nieuw jasje gekregen; \u2018Blissful Paws, coaching voor hond en mens\u2019!
